iOS vs Android OS [FUN Friday]
With tons of mobile devices available on the market, it’s difficult to decide which one is the best and most useful one in order to have a productive day.
Nowadays, there are two main Operating Systems that business people prefer: iOS and Android OS. The team at NAMTEK Consulting Services wanted to share with you a comparison sheet to help you better choose the right one for your business needs.

Of course, both of these operating systems are great for business use. We cannot simply say that one is better than the other. We have compared the basics that business users will need and found a couple of differences, without going too much into any development and device background.
Android OS
What we love about the Android OS are the widgets that are available that help keep our business apps nicely organized. Another great thing about this OS is that it is customizable. No hassles or headaches when you want to change something.
Of course, security of a system is highly important for business users. Unfortunately, it is easy to load an unapproved app on an Android phone from another source other than Google Play. Not only that, Google is much more lenient when it comes to allowing which apps can appear in their store.
iPhone OS
Apple Inc. makes synchronizing any data between devices difficult unless you are exchanging information between other Apple products. In that case, iOS only runs on Apple devices, which are usually priced higher than other brands.
However, the upside is that their security measures on the App Store are top of the line. All apps before being made available to consumers are thoroughly scanned and verified, offering a better overall selection of apps. Also, their user interface is simple and standardized amongst Apple products, which is always a bonus.
Both of these operating systems, iOS and Android OS, are very powerful, reputable systems, making them great for business use. They offer unique characteristics, the latest technology on a solid platform. iOS and Android OS are both powerful systems and when it’s time to choose between these two systems, it all depends on your own preferences and needs.
